HON. PRINCE EZECHIMA OBIEFULE NWAUWA EMERGES PRESIDENT-GENERAL OF NDEULOUKWU AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY

In a peaceful, well-organized, and transparent general election held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at the Ndeuloukwu Community Square in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State, Hon. Prince Ezechima Obiefule Nwauwa was duly elected as the President-General of the Ndeuloukwu Autonomous Community.
Hon. Prince Nwauwa secured a total of 67 votes, emerging as the clear winner over his opponents, Mr. Eze Jeremiah Nwauwa and Mr. Chika Jonah Nwauwa, who both recorded zero votes.
The results were formally declared by the Chairman of the Electoral Committee, Hon. Ikedi Boniface Nwauwa, who confirmed Hon. Prince Ezechima Obiefule Nwauwa as the duly elected President-General, having won with the highest number of valid votes cast.
In the same election, Mrs. Charity Adaku Nwauwa was elected Woman Leader, polling a total of 15 votes, and was similarly declared winner. Mr. Ugwueze Kenneth Onuabuchi also emerged victorious as the Youth Leader of the community.
The entire electoral process was conducted in an atmosphere of peace and orderliness, with the presence of security operatives ensuring a secure environment for voters and electoral officials alike. Government representatives were also present to monitor and support the integrity of the process.
The election has been widely praised by community stakeholders and observers for its fairness, transparency, and broad acceptability.
Congratulations to Hon. Prince Ezechima Obiefule Nwauwa on his successful emergence as President-General. His leadership is expected to usher in a new era of progress and unity for the Ndeuloukwu Autonomous Community.
