Akarachi Constituency Office Inspects Ongoing Construction of Skill & Vocational Institute in Ikeduru
In a continued effort to ensure quality delivery and sustainability of constituency projects, the Directorate of Akarachi Constituency Office has paid an inspection visit to the ongoing construction site of the Skill and Vocational Institute located in Ikeduru Local Government Area.
The delegation, led by the Director of the Constituency Office, Sir Ugochukwu Chinedu, expressed satisfaction with the pace and standard of work being executed at the site. During the inspection, Sir Chinedu commended the construction team for their professionalism and proactive approach to the project.
“We are pleased with what we have seen today,” the Director said. “The progress made so far gives us great confidence that this project will be completed soon and commissioned for the benefit of our people. It is a testament to the vision and commitment of Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi.”
Sir Chinedu noted that the serene location of the institute makes it ideal for learning and skills acquisition, aligning with the goal of empowering youths and improving livelihoods in the constituency.
The visit also served as an opportunity for the team to reassure constituents of Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency that more developmental projects are in the pipeline. The director urged residents to take ownership of and maintain the existing projects.
Addressing communities that are yet to benefit directly from ongoing developments, the director encouraged patience, stating that “plans are already underway to ensure every part of the constituency feels the impact of purposeful representation.”
The Skill and Vocational Institute is one of several initiatives spearheaded by Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi, aimed at equipping constituents with practical skills and creating sustainable employment opportunities.
