The Imo State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Chioma Egu, has led a team of medical professionals to provide comprehensive medical coverage and emergency response services at the inauguration of the Imo State Homeland Security outfit (Imo State Vigilante).


The ceremony is holding at Heroes Square, Owerri, and is being officially inaugurated by the Executive Governor of Imo State, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, CON.





In line with the state government’s commitment to public safety and welfare, medical personnel and fully equipped emergency facilities have been strategically deployed across the venue to ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of participants, dignitaries, and guests throughout the event.


The proactive presence of the Ministry of Health underscores the administration’s emphasis on preparedness and coordinated inter-agency support during major state functions.
